Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition - unworn, unused, no dog hair and with tags attached. Proof of purchase and the order number are also required.  

Exchanges

If you are after an exchange, please email hello@houseofwoof.store with your full name, order number and the product/s. Return postage is at the buyers expense. Please send returns to PO BOX 406, Collins Street West, Vic, 8007, Australia. 

Once the return arrives, the exchange item will be on it's way to you! You'll recieve a tracking number as soon as it is shipped

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect product/s, please email hello@houseofwoof.store so they issue an been resolved quickly

Orders are proccessed and packed within 1-2 business days before being shipped. All orders will receive tracking numbers so you can follow your order every step of the way

Yes, House of Woof ships internationally. Wherever you and your pup are, I'll do my best to get your order to you

Standard shipping: $5 flat rate or free on orders over $80 and more

Need it sooner? Express shipping: $10 flat rate or free on orders over $100 or more

International shipping

Standard shipping: $20 flat rate or free on orders over $120 or more
