Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in there original condition, unworn, unused, no dog hair and with tags attached. Proof of purchase and order number are also required.

If you are after a return, please email hello@houseofwoof.store with your full name, order number and the product/s. Return postage is at the buyers expense. Please send returns to PO BOX 406, Collins Street West, Vic, 8007, Australia

Once the returned item(s) are received, they will be inspected for quality. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges 

If you are after an exchange, please email hello@houseofwoof.store with your full name, order number and the product/s. Return postage is at the buyers expense. Please send returns to PO BOX 406, Collins Street West, Vic, 8007, Australia

Once the return arrives, the exchange item will be on its way to you! You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s shipped.

Damages and incorrect product/s

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect product/s , please email hello@houseofwoof.store
